* Contacts contains contacts for each customer separately. Find "Contacts" menu link in the menu.

* Campaigns in ICTDialer dials contacts from "contact group" that are selected at the time of campaign creation. Where a contact group logically contains the contacts from a particular domain. But it is totally up to the user how to use contact groups.

* You cannot dial individual contacts. However, you can test by dialing a single contact from admin => Broadcast System => Broadcast Gateways => Plivo Settings => test call.

* ICTDialer campaigns allow you to dial multiple contact groups in a single campaign.
