To make ictdialer your main domain directory, you need to edit document root in your Apache web server. For this purpose, go and edit httpd.conf file placed at the following path:

Code: Select all
# vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

Find and replace document root path with the path of your ictdialer symlink. For example, you'll find Document root path "/var/www/html" in httpd.conf file. Replace it with "/var/www/html/ictdialer". You'll find 2 or more occurrences of this path. So replace everywhere. Now save this file. Restart your web server. Access your domain. ICTDialer will be your main directory.

Hope it will resolve your problem.

You can post log to see what actually is causing the calls to drop after answer. There are three different logs that you can check.

Freeswitch log:
/usr/local/freeswitch/bin/fs_cli

GUI log:
Login as Admin -> Reports -> Recent log messages

Backend log:
cat /tmp/mytest.txt

Then I can tell what is the problem.

This error notice has stopped to upload your file on the server. This may be due to SoX command not able to convert your uploaded recording file to .wav file. Please verify that your SoX extension is installed or not by running yum install sox on shell prompt.

This could also be due to permission issues at the /usr/ictdialer/sites/default/files path. but not sure. Usually read and write permission (766 or 777) is required.

Please also see what the GUI log is saying. Go to Admin -> Reports -> Recent Log Messages.

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in broadcast_recording_form_submit() (line 317 of /usr/ictdialer/sites/all/modules/broadcast/voice/recording/broadcast_recording.module).
and i can't upload a file on the system.
even when i upload them the file name can be found in the recording list but is not uploaded on the server. it only keeps the filename and not the actual file.

the below command you propose
/usr/local/freeswitch/bin/fs_cli
it start the freeswitch console.

and the last cat /tmp/mytest.txt

This is insufficient information and cannot identify what is the problem. Can you post log of your system? Particularly GUI log mentioned in above posts.

Login as Admin -> Reports -> Recent log messages
